Mission Statement

To provide affordable housing and quality services which enhance independence, choice, dignity and privacy in a home like environment, meeting the individual needs and requests of our residents.

We encourage self-sufficiency as is realistic for the individual.

Pacific Living Centers has six locations throughout Oregon. It is our intent to offer residents a wide range of services and programs. We strive to understand and recognize the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our residents and respect their rights to a full and independent lifestyle.

Our main goal is to support and promote residents’ self-direction and participation in decisions that emphasize independence, choice, dignity, privacy, individuality and a home environment. 

Services Include:

  • Private or shared rooms
  • Three nutritious home cooked meals, including snacks
  • Personalized activity programs
  • Laundry, housekeeping and linen services
  • Assistance with personal care
  • Health monitoring and supervision
  • Medication management
  • Service Planning and assessment
  • 24-hour care & supervision by trained staff in Alzheimer and Dementia care
  • 24-hour on-call nursing assistance
  • High-tech alarm system with video surveillance in common areas and outside walkways
  • Secured backyards with tranquil walking paths and patio

Additional services available:

  • Behavioral management
  • Incontinence program
  • Feeding
  • Transfer and wheelchair assistance
  • Supervision of wandering and nighttime behaviors

Pacific Living Centers also offers Respite/Adult Day Care for those family members that may need a helping hand. Whether you may need assistance during the daytime hours, overnight or for an extended stay, you may contact any of our Homes in your area for more information.
