Brenda Graeber has completed the Oregon Health Care Association Assisted Living and Residential Care 40 Hour Administrator Training Course on 6/21/2021 to 6/25/2021
In 2000 Brenda became a foster parent working with various special needs children, she assisted with parent training and family counseling situations, after adopting her fifth special needs child out of foster care to complete her family of 12 she became a stay at home Mom for the years needed to raise her family.
Brenda began working for Autumn House in May of 2018 as an on call caregiver, but accepted a full time med aide position shortly after on 8/1/2018.
Brenda has experience as an Assistant Administrator since 2019. During that time her responsibilities were to train and supervise staff, assess residents for admission, develop service plans according to policy and procedure, and plan and carry out daily activities with the residents. In 2021 she was hired as an Administrator at Pacific Living Centers, Inc. at our Arbor House of Grants Pass community and was responsible for the care of 15 elderly persons with Alzheimer’s and related dementia as well as working with their families and a staff of 10 to 12. She actively completes educational courses as required in all areas of her field.
