Becky Scriber

Becky Scriber has completed the Oregon Health Care Association “Practicing the Values in Community Based Care” in April 2005.

Becky has experience as an Administrator since 1998. During that time her responsibilities were to train and supervise staff, assess residents for admission, develop service plans according to policy and procedure, and plan and carry out daily activities with residents. Becky was promoted to Area Manager where her responsibilities increased to overseeing 8 facilities, supervise 8 Administrators and approximately 30-40 caregivers. In 2004 she was hired as an Administrator at Pacific Living Centers, Inc. at our Arbor House of Grants Pass community and was responsible for the care of 15 elderly persons with Alzheimer’s and related dementia as well as working with their families and staff of 10. In 2006, Becky completed the course for “The Best Friend Approach” and she became certified as a trainer. Upon the opening of Autumn House of Grants Pass in 2007 at Pacific Living Centers, Inc., Becky accepted and transferred as the new Administrator. In 2010 she created the Grants Pass Memory Walk committee and had our first annual walk in Grants Pass, OR  on September 19, 2010. Becky left Autumn House of Grants Pass in September of 2011 to pursue her education and to open her own Adult Foster Care home. As of January 2014 Becky returned to Autumn House of Grants Pass as Pacific Living Centers, Inc. Administrator. She left in 2016 to be with ill family members.

She actively completes educational courses as required in all area of her field. In October of 2019 Becky has accepted the Administrator position at Arbor House of Grants Pass.
