Words of Appreciation

When it became time for me to put my mother in a memory care facility, I toured all the memory care facilities in Josephine County at the time. I chose Autumn House of Grants Pass, and am so happy that I did.

The facility is modern, clean, well kept, has a family home feel (unlike larger institutional facilities), and smells fresh every time you enter.

The residents are fed really well balanced meals. The staff adapts for each resident’s taste and needs. The food is good too.

The staff are wonderful. They are caring, polite, patient and very accommodating. They treat you like family. They all go the extra mile to take care of the residents.

Robyn Vierra, the Administrator, is very efficient, caring and dependable. She was always able to help me with any concerns I may have had. She made me feel like part of the family too.

A major need for my mother was socialization. She wanted to be around people all day long. She was so happy and secure living at Autumn House.

I can’t thank you enough for taking such great care if my mother during her last years. She lived at Autumn House for over two years, and considered it “home”.

I recommend Pacific Living Centers to anyone who needs a loving home for their family member with memory issues.

Thank you so much for caring for my mother.

Sincerely,
